Midweek Bible Study: Praying With Paul

Prayer is not simply a task to complete—it is an invitation from God to know Him. In this six-week study, we will walk through several of the apostle Paul’s prayers and consider what they reveal about God’s heart for His people. Paul prayed with clarity, with confidence, and with deep affection for the church. His prayers model for us how to seek God’s wisdom, strength, love, endurance, unity, and maturity in Christ.

Join us as we open the Scriptures together and learn to pray with greater depth and purpose—not only for our own spiritual growth, but for the good of one another. Come discover the joy and richness of praying with Paul.

Consider The Lilies: Trusting God in an Anxious World

How does God give hope to those who struggle with anxiety, fear, and worry? Does God specifically speak to that in Scripture? Join us on Wednesday nights for a refreshing and hope-filled study through Consider the Lilies, a book that draws us back to the character of our heavenly Father in the midst of life’s worries. Together we’ll explore what Scripture teaches about God’s care, His sovereignty, His presence, and His peace—and how those truths calm our anxious hearts. Each week will help you think biblically, rest confidently, and live faithfully in a world that feels increasingly unstable. Come to be encouraged, grounded, and strengthened by the God who invites us to trust Him completely.

Heaven

Are you looking forward to Heaven?  I bet if some of us were honest, we would say that we are not, because in general, we are not comfortable with the unknown.  Will Heaven be one eternal church service?  What will we do with all that time?  What are our loved ones who have already gone before us experiencing right now?  What is the difference between the current Heaven and our eternal home?  Will I see my pets in Heaven? We’ll look into all these topics and so much more in this study of Heaven.  After this class, when someone says to you, “I can’t even imagine what Heaven will be like”, you will be able to respond, “Well, I can!”

Men’s Bible Study: Messiah Foretold: Seeing Jesus in The Old Testament Part 1

On the road to Emmaus, Jesus took two discouraged disciples on a Bible study they never forgot. Beginning with Moses and all the Prophets, He explained the things concerning Himself in the Scriptures. Is what He said to them a mystery?

Discover how the Old Testament testifies about who the Messiah would be, where He would be born, what He would do, and how He would suffer and triumph. These are the very passages Jesus opened for the Emmaus disciples, Philip used on a desert road to lead a man to faith, and Paul preached boldly in synagogues across the Roman world.

Men, come ready to meet your Savior leaping from the pages of the Hebrew Scriptures, and leave armed and dangerous against the cosmic powers over this present darkness – equipped to proclaim and defend with confidence the real and very much alive Rock that the builders rejected.

Bring your Bible. Leave with ammunition to proclaim the Truth to a lost world.

Women’s Ministry: The Life of David: Developing A Heart for God Part 1

The Bible tells us that David was a man after God’s own heart, but what does that mean in practice? The biblical account of David offers many details of this man’s role as shepherd, king, warrior, national hero, husband, father, and gifted writer of multiple Psalms. Yet, most importantly, David shared a deeply devoted relationship with the Lord his God. His unwavering trust in the Lord and love of God’s Word made a remarkable difference for David to faithfully serve the Lord throughout his lifetime.

Join us this winter for a Women’s Ministry Bible study to discover more about the life of King David as we take a closer look at this extraordinary man who dealt with triumphs, difficulties, joys and sorrows, but whose faith remained steady in the Lord.
