Keeping the end in mind shapes how we live our lives here and now. Living life backward means taking the one thing in our future that is certain—death—and letting that inform our journey before we get there. Looking at the Book of Ecclesiastes for wisdom will shake up our expectations and priorities for what it means to live the “the good life.” Join us as we study Ecclesiastes together and learn to live life backward.

Most of us graduated from high school never learning the basics of how to handle our money well. We were forced to learn through trial and error, and if you are like most people, it has cost you a lot of pain, regret, frustration, and for those of you who are married, a lot of money fights. This class will teach you God’s ways of handling money and will be very practical in nature. You’ll learn how and where to save your money, how to put together and live on a written plan, and how to begin investing. You’ll learn which insurances to buy and which ones to avoid. You’ll also create your own personalized plan for how to get out of debt and/or stay out of debt. This class would be suitable for teenagers all the way through retirees!

Our six-week class will consist of the below weekly sessions.
Session 1 – The Amazing Influence of a Grandparent
Session 2 – What the Bible Says About Grandparenting
Session 3 – Reaching the Heart of Your Grandchild
Session 4 – Overcoming the Barriers of Distance
Session 5 – The Eight Best Practices of Christian Grandparents
Session 6 – Becoming an Intentional Christian Grandparent
It is important for you to have your own workbook, as there are illustrations, blanks to fill in, and areas for personal reflection. We trust this workbook will become a valuable resource for you as you learn how to pass on a Godly legacy to your grandchildren.

The mandate of the Great Commission to go and make disciples of all people groups is a command for every true follower of Christ, not just for those who have the gift of evangelism. God wants every disciple to be a dynamic witness for Him. This is the Big Idea that runs throughout the first twelve chapters of the book of Acts.
Peter was just a fisherman, untrained in the fine details of theology, yet the Holy Spirit used him in dynamic ways to bring many people to a saving faith in Jesus as the Messiah. So how can we be like Peter and share our faith with others in effective ways even when we’re scared and may not really want to? Join us, and find out how.

Join us for this study of some of the most well-known Parables told by Jesus during His brief ministry on earth. We will explore a variety of these different symbolic stories recorded in Scripture, such as the Good Samaritan, the Prodigal Son, and the Rich Fool to: (1) uncover their meaning, (2) gain a greater knowledge of Jesus and His Kingdom through His Word, and (3) learn how these biblical narratives point to the larger storyline of the gospel message of Christ.
