Surrender Fitness Ministry is a ministry that desires to bring women to know and honor our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ wholeheartedly through the Word of God and fitness.
This ladies only retreat will cost $15 per person and offers fellowship, a bible study, coffee, snacks, a 30 minute workout, and information from a certified hormone specialist.
Surrender Fitness shirts are available for $20. The deadline to order a shirt is July 5.
